9th: Ban on same-sex marriage UNCONSTITUTIONAL
A federal appeals panel in San Francisco ruled Tuesday that California’s Proposition 8 banning same-sex marriage is unconstitutional.
Daniel and I look forward to the day when our marriage, for which we had to travel to Vermont, is recognized in all 50 states and in the US territories. But we also recognize that this will likely be a long haul.
