Yes - they're all part of the Right Wing Rage fueled by FOX News, as noted in today's NY Times by Frank Rich: http://www.nytimes.com/2009/06/14/opinion/14rich.html
True. But Rush Limbaugh and the AM radio ilk were at it before Fox News, and before them there were Robert McCormick and his Chicago Tribune (of Dewey Defeats Truman fame) and Father Coughlin in the 1930s.
But Fox is today's version - although I hear Murdock, McCormick's successor, has had to cut their budget.
